Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on elevators and escalators

  • Communicate updates to customers (callout ETAs, work completed)

  • Report work accurately in real-time systems

  • Ensure site safety and handle unplanned repairs

  • Manage tools, spare parts, and inventory

Requirements:

  • Technical background in mechanical/electrical fields

  • Experience in maintenance or field service

  • Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, customer-focused
