We are looking for a
Part-time Deskside Technician
to join our team on-site in
Otopeni (Bucharest–Ploiești highway)
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support, including PC imaging, installation, maintenance and repair of systems and equipment;
  • Troubleshoot hardware installation, repair, upgrades and maintenance issues;
  • Train clients on proper operation and maintenance of systems/equipment;
  • Act as a liaison for administrative and technical project-related issues;
  • Ensure tickets are addressed and resolved according to client instructions;
  • Maintain and update operational manuals twice a year;
  • Perform analysis and reporting on system trends and issues.

Schedule:
20 hours/week

  • Monday – 8h
  • Wednesday – 8h
  • Friday – 4h

Compensation:
3000 RON net + meal tickets (15 RON/day)

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role;
  • Experience with
    SCCM
    and
    Microsoft Office Suite
    ;
  • Hardware and equipment troubleshooting abilities;
  • Solid knowledge of ticketing applications.
