Apt Resources is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agents to join our client's Ground Services team in Doha, Qatar. This role offers the chance to work with one of the world's most prestigious airlines and grow your career in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to passengers at the airport.
  • Support check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
  • Handle passenger inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • Ensure smooth operations in compliance with airline service and safety standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment on rotational shifts.
Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in airline, airport, hospitality (front office), or customer service.

  • Candidates with airline-related diploma/training courses will also be considered.

  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Professional appearance with adherence to uniform guidelines.
  • Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Doha.
