brand, we are looking for our newest member for
SENIOR CONTROLLER
position.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

  • Prepare the monthly reporting package (P&L, B/S and CF) and ensure reconciliation with accounting results
  • Prepare the yearly consolidated budgets, monthly forecasts and group strategic business plans (P&L, B/S, CF), in cooperation with the local teams
  • Analyze and interpret financial results, while foreseeing risks and opportunities for the business: KPIs, working capital analysis (receivables, payables and inventories), cash flow reporting, analysis on business lines, variance analysis with adequate business explanations, creating a constant dialogue, proposing corrective actions, and following up
  • Fixed costs analysis and reporting on a regular basis
  • Perform a periodic review of the trial balances of the companies, in order to ensure the accuracy of the local accounts and consistent accounting policies across entities
  • Help in the external and internal audit/control process, preparing various analysis as required by auditors
  • Support for different funding projects (data preparation, comparison and assessment of options, etc.)
  • Participate in cross - functional projects and initiatives as per management requirements, financial assistance (controlling and accounting)
  • Preparation and submission of statistical reports and NBR reports
  • Prepare and ensures all balance reconciliations for all accounts
  • Adhoc tasks and reports as requested by superior and/or according to company requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you have

  • University degree in Economics or Finance
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Proven knowledge in Controlling area
  • Proactive, can-do and hands-on attitude, good problem solving skill
  • Precise, accurate way of working
  • Fluency in English and Romanian
  • Knowledge of Navision system is considered a plus
