IT is at the heart of their organization with more than 30 different product teams and 10 different platform teams that are trying to build the best products & services for their customers.

Their presence in important financial centers like Amsterdam, Chicago, Sydney, Singapore, Tokyo Hong Kong, London, Sao Paulo, Frankfurt and Iasi, allows them to effectively serve clients worldwide and maintain close proximity to their diverse customer base.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Our partner's Customer Relationship Management team is responsible for ensuring that their clients are registered in the best possible way, as they are the golden source for all client related data.

Not only the data is very relevant for the CRM team, but they are also responsible for various client related processes. For example, every year their clients have to be reviewed to ensure they still comply to strict financial regulations, and this is done using the Client Review Process.

The CRM team uses Salesforce as their system to perform all these processes.

Responsibilities:

• Challenge & refine business requirements from a technical point of view.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them in high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Follow code best practices like naming conventions to maintain code readability and consistency.
• Test (unit, integration, etc.) of new and existing features.
• Support existing products in case of incidents or bugs.

TECHNICAL PLAYGROUND:

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience with Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Flows, Approval Process, Scheduled Jobs.
• Proven experience with code version control tools like GIT.
• Experience with SFDX and VSCode.
• Strong understanding of data modelling.
• Ability to apply software engineering best practices to Apex development e.g. triggers, async apex, bulk, batch.
• Knowledge and experience with Apex Design Patterns.
• Experience in working with LWC development, using JavaScript ES6+, HTML and CSS.
• Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD, expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using mainly Salesforce-cli, GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins or similar.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, inbound and outbound.
• Experience with sharing and security setups of Salesforce.
• Certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator I, Salesforce Certified Developer I or Salesforce Certified Application Architect would be a big plus.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.
• A demonstrated record of achievement in large technical (migration) projects.
• Ability to keep up with software and cloud development trends and innovation.
• Understanding of financial services and risk management in general.
• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
