Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Solid background in maintenance of instrumentation and control systems.
- Familiarity with HSE standards, legal obligations, and international best practices.
- Experience using CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo, Datastream, or similar).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
- Competent in interpreting technical procedures, drawings, and vendor documentation.
- Strong commitment to safety, with consistent demonstration of safe work behaviors.
- Good communication skills for reporting, coordination, and cross-team collaboration.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and skills development.
- Proficiency in English.
Tasks:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and anomalies.
- Inspect, test, and verify equipment using appropriate measuring tools.
- Repair or replace defective components to ensure system functionality.
- Anticipate potential failures and coordinate with teams to minimize downtime.
- Record maintenance activities and update CMMS data accurately.
- Generate reports on operations, breakdowns, and completed tasks.
- Provide supervisors with updates on progress, issues, and resource needs.
- Attend team and site coordination meetings as required.
- Follow all HSE rules and company safety procedures consistently.
- Report unsafe conditions or procedural gaps to supervisors.
- Engage in training programs and maintain personal learning records.
- Apply updated procedures, standards, and technical knowledge in daily tasks.
