Paralela 45 is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives, ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement;
- Develop data models and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making;
- Serve as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals;
- Perform quality assurance and assist with the testing and deployment of new software product features; Automate reporting processes;
- Writes predictive reports on the company's operational activity, the effects of costs and earnings, as well as the expected economic performance for the current or future financial year;
- Prepares financial analysis reports accompanied by tables and graphs;
- Analyzes the company's economic/operational results, performs variant analyses, identifies new economic and/or financial trends and formulates recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles, with a strong focus on turning data into actionable insights;
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field;
- English - advanced level;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working on large and complex datasets;
- Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, web analytics tools, etc. -

); - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred);
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions, ensuring alignment between technical outputs and strategic objectives.
