General Information
The Central Controller plays a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and strategic alignment of Research & Development (R&D) activities. This position is responsible for comprehensive financial oversight across R&D projects and cost centers, supporting both operational and strategic decision-making.
Your Key Responsibilities
- R&D Project Controlling incl. Budget Planning, Forecast, Closing and Organization of R&D Project Steering;
- R&D Cost Center /-Line Controlling incl. Budget planning, Forecast & Closing;
- Organization and moderation of Project Approval Meetings;
- Monitoring and Controlling of all R&D financials;
- Support Project Managers and Engineering Community with commercial expertise;
- Drive and support digitalization, data engineering, process and methods refinement.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and financial planning skills;
- Experience in project controlling, preferably in an R&D environment;
- Excellent communication and moderation abilities;
- Proficiency in financial systems and data tools;
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation.
