Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Medical Representative who excels at building strong, high-quality, and long-term relationships with clients, including doctors and pharmacists. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving the company's business plans and goals by expertly informing healthcare professionals about our products, driving promotion and sales, and delivering exceptional value to customers, the company, and themselves.
This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be adaptable, quick to learn, effective under pressure, and capable of performing efficiently in diverse situations and circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive Sales & Market Growth: Achieve company sales targets in the assigned territory by promoting Sesderma dermatocosmetic products to pharmacists and doctors, increasing product range and visibility, and developing new client opportunities.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals through regular visits, needs assessment, and tailored cooperation plans.
· Product Promotion & Education: Present product benefits, provide scientific and marketing materials, conduct product trainings, and collect feedback from clients to ensure high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
· Territory Planning & Reporting: Plan and execute sales visits in line with strategic objectives; record and report activities, sales results, and market feedback to superiors regularly.
· Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and pharmacy business changes, providing insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies.
· Product Positioning & Marketing Support: Implement and maintain effective product displays and marketing materials at client sites to enhance brand visibility.
· Medical Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with doctors, identify prescribing opportunities, and present Sesderma's portfolio to influence product recommendations.
· Event Participation: Organize, coordinate, and represent Sesderma at congresses, conferences, and promotional events, ensuring impactful brand presence and follow-up.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in pharmaceutical, dermatocosmetic, or medical sales (preferably with pharmacies and/or doctors).
· Strong understanding of dermatology and skincare product categories, with the ability to communicate scientific information effectively.
· Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.
· Highly organized, with strong territory management and time management skills.
· Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with the wider team.
· Resilient under pressure, adaptable to changing market conditions, and quick to learn new information.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and mobile ordering tools.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
· Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
· Driving license (B category)
