IT Incident Specialist asigură gestionarea ciclului de viață al incidentelor IT, colaboreaza cu echipele tehnice implicate în rezolvarea incidentelor, comunică eficient cu toate părțile interesate și urmărește rezolvarea rapidă a incidentelor pentru a minimiza impactul asupra activității organizației.

Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de IT Incident Specialist - Divizia IT este in intervalul de lei brut si lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.

  • Gestionarea incidentelor IT: Supraveghează întregul proces de la detectarea și diagnosticarea incidentelor, până la rezolvarea și închiderea acestora.
  • Coordonarea echipelor tehnice: Colaborează cu diverse echipe IT pentru investigarea și soluționarea incidentelor.
  • Comunicare cu stakeholderii: Informează stakeholderii (clienți, management etc.) despre statusul incidentelor, oferind actualizări regulate și asigurând transparență.
  • Respectarea SLA-urilor: Se asigură că incidentele sunt rezolvate în termenele stabilite de acordurile privind nivelul serviciilor (SLA).
  • Minimizarea impactului operațional:Obiectivul principal este reducerea la minimum a perturbării activităților de business cauzate de incidentele IT.
  • Îmbunătățirea proceselor: Participă activ la optimizarea proceselor de management al incidentelor pentru prevenirea apariției unor incidente similare.
  • Asistență operațională: Răspunde solicitărilor și cererilor de asistență privind activitățile operative zilnice ale organizației.
Despre tine
  • Experiență relevantă în domeniul IT sau în gestionarea incidentelor tehnice.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și coordonare.
  • Capacitatea de a lucra eficient sub presiune și de a prioritiza sarcinile.
  • Cunoștințe despre SLA-uri și procese ITIL (constituie avantaj).
