Role and responsibility:

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Customer Support for:

  • Counseling the customers regarding the issues that may appear;
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat;
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features;
  • Ticketing process through the control panel and features in the app;
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;

Job requirements:

  • Availability to work from 4 PM - 12 AM;
  • Willingness to work in a customer-facing role;
  • Ability to focus and achieve goals;
  • Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Enjoying working in direct collaboration with the customer;
  • Adaptability and

openness for learning new things;
