What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from existing customers —
no cold calling - Register orders and coordinate service delivery using our in-house tools
- Help passengers and drivers stay on track, on time, and stress-free

Weekend Shifts Available
We are specifically hiring for
Saturday and Sunday
coverage, with options to combine with weekday shifts if desired
(Sat-Wed; Wed-Sun)
:
- Morning Shift: 07:00-16:00
- Day Shift: 13:00-22:00
- Student: 16:00-01:00
- Night Shift: 22:00-07:00
What We're Looking For
- English level: Upper-Intermediate to Fluent
- Bonus if you speak Spanish, Russian, Georgian, Chinese, or Korean
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflict professionally
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable using computers and learning new tools
- Must be available to work weekends
