Suntem in cautarea unui Specialist Accounts Receivable care sa se alature echipei noastre. Acesta va fi responsabil in principal de emiterea facturilor catre clienti, procesarea extraselor bancare si asigurarea conformitatii cu termenele, procesele interne si standardele contabile.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Emiterea facturilor lunare catre clienti cu alocare pe centre de cost
  • Reconcilierea operational - contabila pentru soldurile conturilor de client
  • Operarea extraselor de cont, reevaluarea disponibilitatilor in valuta si reconcilierea soldurilor conturilor bancare
  • Verificarea depunerilor de numerar realizate de farmacii
  • Participarea in cadrul activitatilor de inchidere de luna si audit.

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare in domeniul economic (profil contabilitate constituie un avantaj);
  • Minim 3 ani de experienta in Contabilitate;
  • Bune cunostinte de Excel;
  • Persoana responsabila, atenta la detalii, cu dorinta de a invata si de a se perfectiona in domeniul financiar-contabil;
  • Cunoasterea programului Charisma - constituie un avantaj.
