RESPONSABILITATILE TALE VOR FI:

➢ Efectueaza audituri periodice in magazine conform planului anual sau la cerere;

➢ Verifica respectarea politicilor si procedurilor interne ale companiei (operationale, financiare, de gestiune, HR etc.);

➢ Controleaza corectitudinea operatiunilor de casa, gestiune, receptie, retur de marfa;

➢ Analizeaza acuratetea inventarelor si documentelor contabile din magazine;

➢ Identifica riscuri, neconformitati si posibile fraude, propunand masuri corective;

➢ Intocmeste rapoarte de audit clare, obiective si detaliate;

➢ Urmareste implementarea masurilor corective impreuna cu managerii de magazin si echipele regionale;

➢ Raporteaza superiorului riscurile si/sau posibile fraude identificate pe teren;

➢ Asigura comunicarea eficienta intre magazine, echipa de audit si management;

➢ Respecta confidentialitatea informatiilor obtinute in timpul misiunilor de audit;

➢ Sprijina managerul direct in organizarea planificarii anuale;

➢ Participa activ in diverse proiecte alocate echipei;

➢ Promoveaza si incurajeaza constientizarea riscurilor in echipele operationale.

DE CE APTITUDINI SI COMPETENTE AI NEVOIE:

Studii de licenta si/sau masterat, preferabil in domeniile: Economie, Contabilitate, Finante, Audit sau Management;

Experienta anterioara de minimum 1–2 ani intr-un rol de gestiune, financiar, retail, audit sau control intern;

Cunostinte de contabilitate primara si de procese operationale;

Cunostinte de lucru in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

Disponibilitate pentru deplasari frecvente in tara;

Cunostinte de limba romana la nivel excelent (scris si vorbit);

Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel conversational;

Cunostinte de SAP si Microsoft Power BI – constituie avantaj;

Permis de conducere categoria B – avantaj.

Capacitate de analiza, atentie la detalii si gandire critica;

Abilitati de comunicare si raportare clara, obiectiva si diplomata;

Integritate si obiectivitate in activitate;

Organizare si prioritizare eficienta;

Capacitate de lucru atat independent, cat si in echipa;

Orientare spre solutii si imbunatatire continua.
