Senior Product Manager

In this role you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a product focused on helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) monitor and manage their customers' compliance with key cybersecurity frameworks. This product will address frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-4, UK NCSC Cyber Essentials, NIS2, Essential Eight and others.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity compliance, integrations and ecosystems, and a track record of successfully launching B2B SaaS products zero to one. You will act as the voice of our partners and drive cross-functional teams to build scalable, intuitive solutions that simplify compliance operations.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for the compliance monitoring and management solution, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Conduct in-depth research and engage with MSPs to identify pain points, compliance obligations, and opportunities to add value.
• Translate cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, NIS2, CIS Controls) into product features that can be operationalized by MSPs.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close collaboration with engineering and design.
• Partner with subject matter experts and compliance advisors to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Work closely with go-to-market teams to support product positioning, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.
• Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement and future development.
• Stay ahead of emerging regulatory requirements and evolving security standards, and translate them into actionable product strategies.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong familiarity with CIS Controls, Benchmarks, and Safeguards, and how they are applied in enterprise and MSP environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with or building for frameworks like HIPAA, NIS2, Cyber Essentials, or similar.
• Experience developing or managing products used by Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or IT service companies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered mindset.

Would be considered plus if you have

• Experience integrating with tools commonly used in the MSP ecosystem (e.g., RMM, PSA, SIEM, or compliance platforms).
• Understanding of global regulatory landscapes and how they impact IT service providers.
• Background in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC or similar) is a plus.
