You are open to working closely with international teams and are willing to spend a limited period of time in Germany for onboarding, project work, or collaboration with our engineering teams at the Munich headquarters.

What you will do:

• Design and develop PCB layouts with up to 20 layers for high-reliability electronic systems.
• Use Siemens/Mentor Xpedition, PADS, Altium Designer, or KiCAD tools for schematic entry and layout design.
• Define and implement layer stack-ups, impedance-controlled and equal-length routing, and EMC/ESD-optimized designs.
• Collaborate with electronics engineers and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic and mechanical components.
• Optimize designs for signal integrity, crosstalk reduction, and parasitic minimization.
• Apply Design-for-Manufacturability (DfM) and Design-for-Testability (DfT) principles; prepare manufacturing data and interface with EMS suppliers.
• Participate in concept and requirements engineering, particularly in safety-critical domains such as automotive, medical, and railway systems.
• Support board bring-up and functional testing, considering aspects such as EMC, power and signal integrity, and thermal performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and test documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal design and verification processes.
• Work effectively within distributed international engineering teams, sharing knowledge and supporting team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company quality procedures.

What you must have:

• PCB layout design.
• Siemens/Mentor Xpedition, PADS, or Altium Designer.
• KiCAD or other tools is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of electronics development, either from scratch or based on existing design specifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in layout design and/or schematic entry design
• Experience with complex PCB layout tasks such as layer stack-up definition, impedance-controlled and equal-length routing, and EMC/ESD-optimized placement and routing
• Knowledge of signal integrity, crosstalk reduction, and parasitic effects optimization
• Knowledge of Design-for-Testability (DfT), Design-for-Manufacturability (DfM), manufacturing data preparation, and interaction with EMS suppliers
• Experience with functional block testing (mainly digital) considering EMC, power and signal integrity, and thermal behavior is a plus
• Hands-on experience with prototype bring-up and debugging
• Ability to write, edit, and review technical documentation, specifications, and reports
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in distributed international teams
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English or German
