About the Role: You will work on a high-impact project in the retail and luxury domain, enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing the efficiency of sales and customer management processes. We are seeking a Senior CRM Analytics Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce CRM data architecture and hands-on experience developing advanced dashboards using CRM Analytics. 
This role plays a key part in transforming complex CRM data into actionable insights that 
support strategic decision-making across sales, service, and customer success functions.
The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with technical proficiency in data 
preparation, SAQL/JSON scripting, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, 
particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related custom objects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and datasets using CRM 
    Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM)
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions using Recipes, 
    Dataflows, and SAQL scripting
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Salesforce CRM data model (Accounts, Cases,
    Transactions, custom objects) to ensure accurate and meaningful analytics
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, and developers to align 
    analytics with evolving business needs
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting layers
     

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM analytics, with at least 3 years working specifically with 
    Salesforce CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and 
    custom implementations
  • Proficient in Recipes, Dataflows, SAQL, and JSON-based dashboard configuration
  • Experience with CRM data integration, transformation, and visualization best practices
  • Ability to work independently and lead analytics efforts in a data-driven environment
  • Familiarity with security predicates, row-level security, and user-specific visibility 
    controls in CRM Analytics
