The Opportunity

Are you passionate about turning data into strategic insights? We're seeking a sharp, analytically-minded professional to join our client's commercial excellence team as a
Sales Data Analyst
. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy - perfect for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and driving business decisions through data.

What You'll Do

Data Excellence & Master Data Management

  • Own and optimize critical business databases including customer profiles, territories, and performance metrics
  • Ensure data integrity through validation, mapping, and continuous quality monitoring
  • Drive enhancements that improve data accuracy and system efficiency

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner directly with commercial and sales leadership to streamline data processes and accelerate decision-making
  • Support quarterly territory planning and customer targeting initiatives
  • Serve as the go-to expert for CRM and business intelligence platforms
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive sales performance

Analytics & Customer Intelligence

  • Lead customer segmentation and profiling initiatives to enable precision targeting
  • Track and analyze sales force performance metrics
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time business insights
  • Identify trends and opportunities that give the organization a competitive edge

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • 1+ years working with large datasets and analytics platforms
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can execute complex projects independently

Preferred Experience

  • CRM system experience (especially in healthcare/pharma)
  • Business intelligence tools expertise
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry background
  • Experience with sales force effectiveness initiatives
