What Should You Expect?
We are looking for a Python developer, with AWS-centric SRE skills, to help us build out a set of AI-applications across Suvoda. These applications are built around LangChain in Python, using LangChain and LlamaIndex and deployed via AWS.

Required Experience

  • 3-4 years of Python programming for production apps
  • SQL databases & mapping libraries, understanding of SQL Alchemy
  • Basic knowledge of AWS ecosystems and services
  • Git flow knowledge, monitoring and testing (unittest, automated testing, generative testing etc)
  • Building of REST APIs for backend apps using FastAPI, Django or similar

Ideally Have

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Pandas, Numpy, SciPy
  • Some front-end experience with Typescript/React/MaterialUI

Bonus points, but we'll train if candidate is a very strong developer:

  • Experience of building RAG applications, using LangChain
  • Embedding, chunking and vectorizing enterprise data sources for use with LLMs
  • Training and fine tuning LLMs
  • Use of open-source LLMs
  • A background/ coursework modules relative to AI

We are prepared to consider fast, motivated, principled Python developers that can learn quickly for these roles, over those who already have a full AI skillset. This role will involve fast context switching between the applications and infrastructure we need to build, so flexibility is key.
