Job Scope
The Sales Manager is accountable for the promotion of the compnay and its respective products/services through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers within the assigned country. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales plans to exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline, moving strategic transactions through the sales cycle.
  • Acquire new logos while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center and cloud environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth.
  • Provide management with market feedback and identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships.

Position Requirements

  • Proven track record of landing net new logos through self-sourced pipeline generation.
  • Experience selling into enterprise and/or public sector accounts.
  • Ability to translate IT pain points into business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is a plus.
  • Strong ecosystem knowledge: working with technology partners, resellers, and integrators.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, resilient, and coachable with a "get it done" attitude
  • Own bookings growth across new and existing accounts in your territory.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.

Experience

  • 5–10+ years of tech sales closing experience, ideally in IT Infrastructure, Cyber security, SaaS, or Cloud.
