Job Scope
The Sales Manager is accountable for the promotion of the compnay and its respective products/services through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers within the assigned country. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales plans to exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline, moving strategic transactions through the sales cycle.
- Acquire new logos while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center and cloud environments.
- Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth.
- Provide management with market feedback and identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships.
Position Requirements
- Proven track record of landing net new logos through self-sourced pipeline generation.
- Experience selling into enterprise and/or public sector accounts.
- Ability to translate IT pain points into business outcomes.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is a plus.
- Strong ecosystem knowledge: working with technology partners, resellers, and integrators.
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, resilient, and coachable with a "get it done" attitude
- Own bookings growth across new and existing accounts in your territory.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other related field.
Experience
- 5–10+ years of tech sales closing experience, ideally in IT Infrastructure, Cyber security, SaaS, or Cloud.
