Candidate Profile:

  • Final-year student or graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • Academic background in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Curious about how data improves decision-making
  • English skills: minimum B1 level (spoken & written)
  • Eager to learn tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or Power Automate
  • A team player who is proactive and ready to grow fast


What You'll Do as a Junior Associate
You're about to begin an exciting journey in data and technology

Turn raw data into
meaningful insights
that support client decision-making

Clean, organize, and analyze datasets using
Excel, SQL
