Prima data hai sa-ti explicam care vor fi responsabilitile tale:

  • Intelegerea produselor & valorilor brandului si transmiterea acestora catre potentialii clienti;
  • Crearea unei experiente de cumparare si o interactiune rafinata;
  • Vei avea o conduita ireprosabila;
  • Vei lucra în farmacii mari și vei aborda activ potentialii consumatori pentru a promova si a vinde produsele brandului.

Apoi, ce ne dorim de la tine:

  • Abilitati de comunicare care sa lumineze zilele clientilor nostri;
  • Pasiune pentru universul produselor de beauty  si un zambet care sa straluceasca la fiecare interactiune;
  • Engleza la nivel conversational;
  • Experienta in vanzari nu este obligatorie, dar daca ai, este ca o nuanta radianta in CV-ul tau.
  • O conduita ireprosabila, atat la nivel individual, cat si in ceea ce priveste mentinerea ordonata a produselor din mobilierul de prezentare
  • Implicare, seriozitate si capacitatea de a dezvolta si intretine relatii – atat cu clientii, cat si cu colegii, team leader-ul si managerul de magazin.
  • O atitudine optimista, proactivitate, adaptabilitate si o abordare orientata spre solutii.
