Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven
Sales Professional
to join our team in downtown Bucharest. This is a
mid-senior level position
requiring a solid background in sales and proven knowledge of the green energy industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening long-term relationships, and contributing to the growth of our renewable energy portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and engage new clients.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships across the PV, EV, Hydrogen, and BESS markets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to align client needs with our solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally in the renewable energy or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the green energy market (PV, EV, Hydrogen, BESS, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English and Romanian; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
