As our
End User BDM Romania
, you'll support HID's success by:

  • Building a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the fortune 2000
  • Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customers
  • Managing & developing assigned named end user accounts within your region.
  • Being ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targets
  • Developing and executing the Account Strategy for all end user accounts, including account plans
  • Introducing the latest products and solutions to all opportunities
  • Supporting and delivering training to consultants and specifiers in region where required
  • Conducting regular market analysis to determine the customer's needs
  • Representing the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings
  • Collaborating across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining end user & consultant details, activities and opportunities using CRM
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive products
  • Preparing and submiting accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided
  • Delivering excellent customer service

Your Experience and Background include:

  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accounts
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
  • Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage
  • Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as a self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team
  • Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards
