We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in Sibiu. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, from managing employee files and contracts to supporting payroll and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review employee files to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Update and maintain HR systems and records
  • Draft and amend HR documents (e.g., employment contracts) as needed
  • Provide payroll with relevant employee data (holidays, sick leave, etc.)
  • Create, distribute, and manage HR-related documents and reports
  • Collect and process employment and tax information
  • Support the completion of compensation and benefits documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and exit interviews for leavers
  • Act as the go-to person for all new employee administrative questions

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken) and fluent Romanian
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in handling HR documentation
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage
