Production Supervisor

Bucharest Metropolitan Area, Romania ERPA HR Full time €30,000 - €45,000 per year

The ideal candidate will oversee the production area to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. This includes monitoring daily production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and schedules, and coordinating a team of operators to meet performance targets

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the activities of the team in the assigned production area
  • Monitors and ensures adherence to the production plan, quality standards, and deadlines
  • Oversees compliance with safety regulations (SSM) and trains the team
  • Manages daily production reports and incident logs
  • Proposes and implements process improvements
  • Collaborates with related departments: Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Technical university degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, TCM, or a similar field
  • Experience in the automotive industry or metal processing is an advantag
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position within an industrial environment
  • MS Office; ERP systems knowledge is a plus
  • Technical drawing reading and tolerance interpretation
