CRITERII SELECȚIE:

  • Personalitate veselă, comunicativă, dinamică, interesată de auto-dezvoltare;

  • Tinuta si atitudine pozitiva, placuta, orientată spre business;

  • Studii superioare finalizate;

  • Experienta minim 5 ani intr-o pozitie similara, în domeniul HR: recrutare, consiliere, mediere;

  • Capacitate de planificare si organizare a activitatii curente, a mai multor proiecte complexe in paralel;

  • Cunostinte solide operare calculator (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social media;

  • Cunoasterea limbii engleze, nivel avansat;

  • Experiența de lucru pe proiecte finanțate din Fonduri Europene constituie un avantaj;

    mediere si consiliere profesională pentru tineri
    in cadrul unui proiect finantat prin Fonduri Europene

  2. Gestionarea procesului de
    recrutare
    pentru proiectele clientilor :

  3. Identificarea nevoilor clienților, alegerea strategiei potrivite, formulare și postare anunţ, structura interviului, teste, feedback;

  4. Organizarea şi desfăşurarea interviurilor;

  5. Selecţia candidaţilor;

  6. Implicarea simultană în mai multe proiecte de recrutare cu dead-line-uri stricte;

  7. Activitati administrative aferente activitatii curente si a proiectelor gestionate;
