RESPONSABILITATI:
- Preleveaza probele, se ocupa de efectuarea analizelor si testelor specifice pe parcursul intregului proces tehnologic;
- Porneste linia si stabileste regimul normal de functionare a liniei pentru incadrarea procesului in standardele Companiei;
- Izoleaza, identifica si analizeaza produsul si materialele neconforme si produsul potential nesigur;
- Intocmeste rapoartele corect, complet si la timp cu toate datele tehnice/operationale referitoare la zona sa de deservire, conform frecventei stabilite;
- Elibereaza certificatul de calitate pentru productia ce se preda la depozit;
- Prepara si standardizeaza solutiile de laborator, efectueaza analize pentru monitorizarea statiei de epurare;
- Intretine si verifica/calibreaza aparatura de laborator si echipamentul tehnic din dotare;
- Efectueaza receptia calitativa a produsului primit de la alte fabrici;
- Verifica rezultatele actiunilor corective luate, pana la intrarea in parametrii;
- Asigura controlul materiilor prime, materiale ce intra in procesul de fabricatie, ambalaje si calitate marcaje pe ambalaj;
AI URMATOARELE INGREDIENTE SECRETE?
- Studii superioare (chimie/industria alimentara/biochimie);
- Experienta anterioara intr-un laborator de asigurarea calitatii in domeniul industriei alimentare;
- Cunostinte de operare calculator (MS Office);
- Cunostinte tehnice de specialitate (chimie);
- Cunoasterea proceselor tehnologice specifice (tratarea apei, imbuteliere, etc.), reprezinta un avantaj;
- Abilitati bune de planificare si organizare;
- Gandire critica si orientare spre rezolvarea problemelor;
- Atitudine proactiva fata de orice aspect ce poate influenta negativ calitatea produsului;
- Dorinta de invatare si dezvoltare profesionala continua.
