The Advisor - Employee Services, supports the People Services & Solutions team by delivering high-quality HR administration and employee services. This role is responsible for resolving queries, providing information, and supporting systems administration to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding People policies, processes and procedures, ensuring timely responses in line with service level agreements
  • Manage and maintain HR data and records, ensuring accuracy and producing reports as needed
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy across all HR documentation and processes
  • Process changes throughout the employment life cycle (e.g. job change, notice period)
  • Liaise with local providers to ensure timely processing of joiners, leavers, contract changes, and suspensions in REGES
  • Coordinate occupational health check-ups for new hires and periodic reviews
  • Provide references for employees
  • Run and analyse Workday reports for regular business reporting and ad-hoc reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement enhancements

Qualification and Experience:

  • Experience in HR, consulting, or related fields, with a focus on HR systems, operations, or employee relations
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of People policies and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, adhering to established processes
  • Strong analytic, consultative, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
