As Release Manager & Integration Lead, you'll coordinate software releases and integration across multiple teams and stakeholders. You'll challenge requirements, contribute to solution design, and ensure alignment with company's IT standards.

Your mission:

• Oversee CI/CD pipeline execution and manage Level 2 & 3 support;
• Monitor service KPIs and drive quality improvements;
• Ensure robust technical documentation and review key deliverables;
• Report progress, risks, and issues to the Solution Owner.

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, making you a key player in company's digital transformation.

Responsibilities

As Release Manager & Integration Lead, you will play a central role in ensuring seamless delivery and integration of the hELIOS platform. Your responsibilities include:

• Requirements & Design
  : Analyze and challenge business and technical requirements; contribute to solution architecture;
• Release & Integration
  : Plan and coordinate releases, manage CI/CD pipelines, and align integration across teams and external partners;
• Maintenance & Support
  : Oversee corrective and evolutive maintenance; manage Level 2 & 3 incidents to ensure service continuity;
• Quality & Documentation
  : Review deliverables for compliance and completeness; maintain up-to-date technical documentation;
• Monitoring & Improvement
  : Track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce technical debt;
• Reporting
  : Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to the Solution Owner.

Qualifications

You bring a strong technical and leadership background, with proven success in managing complex, integrated systems and driving release excellence.

Technical Skills

• 7+ years in IT, including 3+ years as Tech Lead on large-scale systems;
• Solid experience in release management and integration
  , ideally in insurance;
• Expertise in architecture (
  REST, SOAP, APIs
  ), Java J2EE, Angular, JavaScript;
• Familiarity with secure environments (
  OAuth2, MFA, identity management
  );
• Hands-on with tools: ActiveMQ, SQL Server, Tomcat, Docker, ELK, Consul, GIT,
  Azure DevOps
  , Databricks;
• Cloud infrastructure: Microsoft Azure;
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Release Management

• Planning and execution of releases across environments;
• Oversight of maintenance and incident resolution (Level 2 & 3);
• KPI tracking and quality improvement;
• Deliverable review and alignment with business and IT standards.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience in international, matrixed environments;
• Trusted relationships with Tech & Data SMEs.

Operational Excellence

• Support of business-critical applications under SLA;
• Analytical mindset and fast problem-solving capabilities.

Education & Methodologies

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Agile mindset and experience in cross-functional delivery;
• Certifications in
  Agile, DevOps
  , or related disciplines are a plus.
