Business Analyst

Description -

Join HP's Pricing Analytics COE to shape how we market and price products globally. As a Business Analyst, you'll deliver actionable insights, drive data-driven decisions, and act as a consultant for country teams—running deep analyses and supporting the implementation of local actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market and pricing data for country teams, identifying trends and improvement areas

  • Provide consulting support to country stakeholders, translating insights into clear recommendations

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting

  • Present findings and support execution of action plans

  • Track impact and refine strategies based on results

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, PowerBI

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field

  • English proficiency

Bonus:

  • Experience with DataBricks, Machine Learning solutions, pricing, and project management certifications
