Your Tasks

  • Lead the coordination and alignment of all project delivery functions to ensure that the renewables portfolio is executed in line with strategic, financial, and ESG objectives
  • Provide the VP Renewables with forward-looking insights, risk-based scenario planning, and investment impact analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Drive portfolio-level prioritization, resource balancing, and performance optimization across all active and planned projects.
  • Own and continuously improve the integrated governance framework, ensuring consistent application of project controls, reporting standards, and escalation protocols across all functions.
  • Oversee the consolidation, validation, and interpretation of cost, schedule, risk, and progress data to provide a single source of truth for executive reporting.
  • Lead performance reviews, steering committees, and cross-functional interventions to address deviations and unlock delivery bottlenecks
  • Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of project delivery processes, tools, and templates across the renewables organization.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the deployment of integrated reporting platforms, automation of controls, and real-time portfolio analytics.
  • Embed ESG, quality, and compliance principles into operational frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal policies and external regulatory expectations

Your Profile

  • Education: University degree Master in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • 12–15+ years in project delivery, PMO, or portfolio management roles.
  • Proven leadership in capital-intensive industries (energy, infrastructure, renewables).
  • Strong track record in cross-functional coordination and executive-level reporting
  • Strategic portfolio management
  • Executive communication and influence
  • Integrated project controls and governance
  • Digital fluency (SAP, Primavera, Power BI)
  • Leadership in transformation and change
  • Stakeholder alignment and conflict resolution
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent - advantage
