Angajăm Responsabil Mecanizare – Șantier Construcții

Locație: Iasi

Program: Full-time

Căutăm un profesionist organizat și proactiv pentru a coordona activitățile de mecanizare în cadrul unui șantier de construcții. Rolul implică gestionarea utilajelor, supervizarea personalului deservent și asigurarea respectării normelor tehnice și de siguranță.

Responsabilități principale
:

  • Planifică și organizează utilizarea utilajelor (excavatoare, macarale, manipulatoare telecopice etc.) în funcție de etapele lucrărilor.
  • Asigură disponibilitatea echipamentelor necesare pe șantier.
  • Monitorizează starea tehnică a echipamentelor.
  • Coordonează activitățile de mentenanță preventivă și reparații.
  • Supervizează operatorii de utilaje, se asigură că aceștia respectă normele de protecția muncii și instrucțiunile tehnice.
  • Verifică respectarea procedurilor de lucru în siguranță.
  • Colaborează cu responsabilul SSM pentru prevenirea accidentelor.
  • Întocmirea rapoartelor de utilizare și consum.
  • Participarea la ședințele de coordonare cu șeful de șantier și inginerii.

Competențe și cerințe

  • Studii tehnice (preferabil în domeniul mecanicii).
  • Experiența în operarea și coordonarea utilajelor de construcții constituie avantaj.
  • Cunoștințe de legislație în domeniul construcțiilor și SSM.
  • Abilități de organizare, comunicare și leadership.
