Descrierea postului : Derularea misiunilor de Audit extern pentru industria bancara: banci, asigurari, IFN-uri (leasing), fonduri de garantare, fonduri de pensii, societati de investitii financiare, etc.Derularea proiectelor de Consultanta atat pentru industria bancara, cat si pentru celelalte industrii: audit intern, evaluarea functiilor (de compliance, risk management, audit intern, etc), studii de diagnostic, suport in intocmirea situatiilor financiare, evaluarea sistemului de control intern, intocmirea de norme si proceduri interne   Principalele responsabilitatiCa si membru al echipei de audit:efectuarea testelor specifice sectiunilor alocate (cu suport din partea managerului/ responsabilului de proiect);interviuri cu personalul clientului;obtinerea de documente suport necesare testelor, documentarea foilor de lucru si a testelor efectuate (in engleza) conform metodologiei interne de audit;comunicarea continua cu membrii echipei, in special cu responsabilul de echipa si managerul (mai ales daca se identifica anumite aspecte, diferente, ajustari);intocmirea dosarului electronic de audit;research pe anumite spete, legislatie;Ca si membru al echipei de consultanta:sa participe la diverse intalniri (interne, de planificare, sau externe cu clientul);sa intocmeasca minuta intalnirilor;sa efectueze testele/sarcinile alocate;sa comunica in permanenta cu managerul/echipa;sa faca research legislativ si nu numai si sa documenteze acest lucru;sa ajute la intocmirea raportului de consultanta (in romana sau engleza);sa deruleze interviuri cu personalul clientului in functie de necesitatile sarcinilor alocate;sa obtina documentatia suport;sa asiste managerul/responsabilul de proiect cu intocmirea sau actualizarea listei de informatii necesare proiectului, cu traduceri si chiar cu intocmirea de oferte.  Cerintele postuluiEducatie: absolvent al unei facultati cu profil economicFormari profesionale: ACCA – cel putin primele examene de la nivelul F demaratExperienta relevanta: 3+ ani de experienta intr-un rol similar intr-o firma de consultanta pe proiecte dedicate firmelor din sectorul financial servicesSau 3+ ani de experienta intr-un rol de contabil/ actuar/ controller intr-o firma de asigurari sau o banca;Experienta in companii cu > 100 de angajati;Experienta intr-un mediu dinamic si in continua transformare.  Cunostinte speciale:Cunostinte de operare PC – avansat (Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, Outlook, Excel in mod deosebit)Fluent in Engleza
