Obiectivele postului:

  • Coordonarea operatiunilor de logistica ale punctelor de lucru de care este responsabil, pentru a asigura servicii profesioniste si de calitate pentru clientii interni/externi si parteneri;

Responsabilitatile si sarcinile postului:

Management resurse umane

  • Dezvolta, indruma si coordoneaza echipa de Operatiuni in scopul imbunatatirii aptitudinilor membrilor acesteia;

  • Este responsabil de stabilirea obiectivelor pentru echipa pe care o supervizeaza in termeni de calitate, productivitate, costuri, participa la procesul de recrutare si conduce procesul de evaluare a performantelor tuturor persoanelor din subordine;

  • Este responsabil de planificarea periodica (zilnica si lunara) a activitatii desfasurate in cadrul punctului de lucru pe care il coordoneaza;

  • Programeaza si tine evidenta concediilor subordonatilor sai;

  • Realizeaza rapoartele specifice in legatura cu activitatea de resurse umane;

  • Intocmeste corect si complet dosarele de angajare pentru noii angajati din aria sa;

Logistica si operatiuni

  • Supervizeaza buna desfasurare a activitatii, comunica cu toate departamentele implicate pentru a se asigura de buna desfasurare a activitatii operationale;

  • Se asigura de primirea de la Depozitul Central a produselor livrate in baza comenzilor transmise si livrarea produselor catre Punctele de Tranzit;

  • Este responsabil de buna desfasurare a receptiei cantitative si calitative a produselor; urmareste ca toate marfurile sa fie insotite de documente conform legislatiei in vigoare;

  • Raspunde de realizarea manipularii, depozitarii si conservarii produselor primite,in conformitate cu prevederile instructiunilor producatorilor si ale procedurilor tehnice specifice;

  • Asigura conditiile si mijloacele necesare, precum si participarea gestionarilor la efectuarea inventarierilor produselor aflate in spatiile de depozitare;

  • Angajeaza / inchiriaza mijloace de transport conform cu programarea comenzilor ce depasesc capacitatea flotei;

  • Face recomandari pentru optimizarea costurilor legate de transport; identifica oportunitati optime pentru companie;

Parc auto

  • Completeaza si mentine la zi o baza de date computerizata a tuturor vehiculelor;

  • Urmareste mentinerea si functionarea optima a parcului auto;

  • Asigura intretinerea si repararea in unitati de service agreate de societate;

  • Asigura organizarea inspectiilor, verificarilor si reviziilor periodice pentru parcul auto;

  • Intocmeste lunar un raport cu kilometrii efectuati de fiecare masina;

  • Informeaza Fleet Manager si Coordonatorul de Taxe si Asigurari in caz de accidentare a vreunui vehicul, intocmeste si solutioneaza dosarul referitor la accident;

  • Se ingrijeste de consumurile specifice parcului (anvelope, lacate,etc);
