Rezumat rol:

Vei fi persoana care pune utilajele în mișcare, rezolvă probleme și menține relația cu clienții. Succesul în rolul ăsta înseamnă intervenții executate corect și complet, comunicare clară cu clientul și capacitatea de a-ți gestiona singur situațiile din teren. Nu există "lasă că merge". Rolul este direct în echipa de Service și raportează către Service Manager.

Responsabilități:

  • Instalarea, punerea în funcțiune și calibrarea utilajelor CNC DMG MORI
  • Diagnosticarea și remedierea avariilor electronice/mecanice
  • Efectuarea mentenanței preventive conform standardelor DMG MORI
  • Documentarea intervențiilor în sistem și comunicarea clară a situației către client
  • Instruirea clienților în operarea și întreținerea utilajelor
  • Colaborarea cu echipa internă pentru planificarea și optimizarea intervențiilor

Calificări:

  • Studii tehnice finalizate (mecanică, mecatronică, automatică, electro)
  • Experiență în service/mentenanță/utilaje industriale (ideal CNC; dacă nu, vii cu dorință reală de a învăța)
  • Capacitatea de a interpreta scheme electrice și mecanice
  • Lucru constant în deplasare (rol 100% în teren)
  • Comunicare matură cu clienții și orientare spre soluție, nu spre scuze
  • Permis categoria B
  • Cunoștințe de limbă engleză

Plus (dar nu obligatoriu):

  • Experiență cu Siemens / Heidenhain / FANUC
  • Experiență anterioară în CNC
