What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET developers.
• Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and proper documentation.
• Implement and enforce best practices for software development and testing.
• Lead by example and actively contribute to the development of .NET applications.
• Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of software releases.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the technical skills of the development team.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with support teams to address escalated issues efficiently
• Ensure that software solutions comply with regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Implement measures to safeguard sensitive financial data.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed software components.
• Collaborate with technical writers to create user manuals and documentation for end-users.

What you need to be successful

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development, especially .NET Framework 4.5+
• Solid experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, WCF, XML
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views)
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as MSTest or xUnit
• Strong understanding of Dependency Injection (Autofac) and Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor, troubleshoot and take ownership of solutions
