What will you do at SuperPlay?

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

This role follows a rotating shift pattern:

  • First shift - hybrid: 09:00–18:00
  • Second shift - fully remote: 13:00–22:00

As a Junior QA OPS, you will:

  • Manage and plan day-to-day activities, working closely with the Monetization, Product, Game Economy, and R&D departments.
  • Manage daily game operations.
  • Configure, validate, and ensure the smooth execution of promotions, features, live events, and A/B testing from start to finish.
  • Handle technical requests from all departments.
  • Oversee LiveOps activities.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements
  • Technical skills and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • A sharp, assertive, hands-on go-getter who thrives under pressure and never shies away from hard work.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and communicate effectively with global teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Analytical mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Self-motivated, with a drive to solve problems and get things done, and a data-driven mindset.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Previous experience in CRM.
  • Problem-solving skills
