Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative at Premier Pro Management, you will play a vital role in maintaining long-term relationships with our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage proactively with customers, addressing their concerns, providing assistance, and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products and services.

Schedule: 16:00 - 01:00 Mon-Thu / 16:00 - 22:00 Fri

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide assistance to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with customers via phone and email.
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience while actively listening to customers' concerns and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement strategies for improving customer retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or front-end roles is preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills are required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify key points of a situation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
