Responsabilitati
:


• Contribuie la definirea, comunicarea si implementarea strategiei de atragere a activelor financiare personale (PFA) totale ale clienților persoane fizice;


• Colaboreaza cu departamentele transversale relevante: departamente relevante din Divizia Retail, ALM Trezorerie, Controlling, Cercetare, Marketing etc, in vederea construirii strategiei de crestere a activelor clientilor persoane fizice si a implementarii initiativelor identificate;


• Monitorizeaza performanța strategiei și o ajusteaza în funcție de evoluțiile pieței și nevoile clienților;


• Dezvolta, impreuna cu alte departamente relevante din banca rapoarte si analize periodice privind evolutia activelor financiare personale ale clientilor retail ai bancii, per diferitele segmente de clientela;


• Efectueaza analize ale rapoartelor privind evolutia PFA, cu implicare activa in identificarea evolutiilor si trendurilor, factorilor de influenta, pe baza carora face sinteze si recomandari pentru optimizarea/ maximizarea indicatorilor urmariti;


• Formuleaza propuneri de pricing catre comitetele de aprobare (eg: ALCO) care sa conduca la cresterea volumelor de PFA (de la diferitele segmente de clienti, luand in considerare inclusiv intelegerea comportamentului clientilor) si astfel sa atinga tintele de profitabilitate;


• Este la curent cu trend-urile din piata, propune dezvoltarea de produse si servicii care sa maximizeze cresterea de PFA si implementarea strategiei;


• Analizeazaevoluțiile economice pentru a identifica oportunități de creștere a activelor clienților;


• Sprijina dezvoltarea si implementarea produselor sau serviciilor propuse sau identificate, din sfera planificarii financiare personale;


• Furnizeaza date pentru rapoartele/ analize efectuate la nivel de grup RBI sau de catre consultanti externi, verificand corectitudinea si coerenta acestora;


• Colaboreaza in mod activ cu reprezentanti la nivel de grup RBI pe orice subiecte relevante PFA;


• Studiaza noi aplicatii/ tehnologii in scopul adoptarii acestora in masura in care eficientizeaza activitatea sau oferabeneficii suplimentare;

Cunostinte/Competente necesare
:


• Cunostinte PC – nivel avansat (Microsoft Office- Excel, MS Access, Power Point);


• Limba engleza – nivel avansat;


• Cunostinte avansate despre caracteristicile si specificatiile tehnice ale produselor si serviciilor financiare si asigurari;


• Abilitati manageriale;


• Cunostinte de analiza financiara si raportare;


• Cunostinte despre piata aferenta segmentului professional;


• Cunostinte despre sistemele si aplicatiile bancare;


• Cunostinte despre piata, competitie, segmentare clienti, cota de piata, potential de dezvoltare, clienti tinta


• Capacitatea de a corela informatii din diverse zone si de a le prezenta intr-o forma concisa si relevanta, pentru a putea sta la baza luarii deciziilor;


• Capacitatea de a face transfer de cunostinte si competente catre colegii juniori

Cunostinte/Competente necesare pentru indeplinirea jobului

• Minim 7-10 ani in domeniul bancar si min 2-3 ani in pozitii de management/ coordonare echipe;
