We are a property management business based in the UK.

Day to day it's tenants, maintenance, cleaners, contractors, invoices, follow-ups… and a lot of small things that need to be done properly and on time.

We're hiring a full-time Operations & Admin Manager (remote) to take ownership of daily operations and keep things moving without needing reminders.

This is not a "VA" role where you do random tasks here and there.

It's real operations work. You need to be organised, reliable, and the type of person who actually closes things, not just replies and disappears. This is a fully remote job.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling day-to-day admin and operations
  • Managing maintenance requests (triage, follow-ups, booking contractors/cleaners, tracking progress)
  • Keeping a clear log of what's open, what's done, what's waiting, and what it cost
  • Chasing people when needed (contractors, cleaners, tenants) until the job is closed
  • Organising invoices and admin records (we'll show you how we do it)

You'll be the main operational contact during working hours, so you need to be comfortable with responsibility.

Social media (basic execution + basic creation)

We also need help with simple social tasks:

  • posting pre-made reels
  • creating carousels / simple graphics (templates + examples provided)
  • selecting photos and adapting content for Instagram / TikTok / LinkedIn

Who this is for

You don't need perfect English. Basic is fine.

We care more about reliability and execution than fancy CVs.

If you get bored easily or you need someone to tell you what to do every hour, this won't work.

Salary

6,000 – 7,500 RON / month (depending on experience and performance)
