Key Competences

  • Bar membership - optional
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Experience with research, drafting and presentation skills.
  • Strong writing skills to produce clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents, such as legal opinions, memos, and legal actions.
  • Demonstrated experience in legal reasoning, including the ability to apply relevant laws and regulations to specific cases.
  • Adeptness at providing innovative and original legal solutions that align with the organization's business objectives.
  • Knowledge of and experience in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Main responsibilities

  • Drafts various types of legal documents such as contracts, notifications, oppositions, appeals, etc
  • Performs legal research, analysis, case law;
  • Drafts clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents, such as legal opinions, memos, and legal actions;
  • Defines strategy essential for both advisory and litigation contexts, to develop effective legal approaches and solutions;
  • Attends meetings, conferences, hearings, orally sustains legal defenses before the Intellectual Property Offices;
  • Communicates legal strategy internally within the organization and externally with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment;
  • Maintains correspondence with clients and collaborators;
  • Manages assets portfolios by observing deadlines and fulfilling various specific responsibilities (submission of applications, customer information, electronic archiving of documents, setting new deadlines etc.).
