Suntem – o agenție digitală unde designul se îmbină cu tehnologia. Căutăm un coleg/o colegă 
pasionat(ă) de web design în Figma
, care știe să construiască interfețe smart & estetice, dar care se simte confortabil și când primește 
task-uri de design grafic clasic
 (branding, bannere, materiale de print).

Dacă ești curios/curioasă să explorezi 
tehnologii noi (AI design, vibe coding)
, să duci designul la nivelul următor și să aduci un plus de creativitate în proiectele noastre, s-ar putea să fii exact persoana pe care o căutăm.

Specificațiile jobului:

Rol: Graphic Designer (Figma + Graphic tasks)

Experiență necesară: Minim 2 ani în graphic design

Sistem de lucru: Hibrid, Full-time

Salariu: RON Net

Competențe obligatorii:

* Web design & prototyping în 
Figma

* Graphic design în Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

* Atenție la detalii & simț estetic dezvoltat

* 
Abilitatea de a comunica direct și clar cu clienții

* Capacitatea de a transforma feedback-ul în soluții vizuale

* Colaborare bună în echipă și comunicare clară

Competențe nice-to-have:

* UI/UX design – wireframes, user flows, prototipuri

* Experiență cu Adobe XD, After Effects sau Premiere Pro

* Noțiuni de brand identity & manuale de brand

* Curiozitate și deschidere spre 
AI design / vibe coding

* Abilități de bază în video/photo editing

Soft skills:

* Creativitate și dorința de a experimenta

* Adaptabilitate la trenduri și tool-uri noi

* Organizare și atenție la detalii

* Proactivitate și 
capacitatea de a gestiona direct proiecte
 – cu ocazia de a te dezvolta și de a-ți pune amprenta pe ele

* Deschidere spre învățare și dezvoltare continuă
