Your Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and further development of a shared understanding of agile principles and methods.
• Building a supportive agile work model for the entire team.
• Moderating retrospectives and workshops.
• Supporting the team leader and the development team.
• Promoting continuous improvement and adaptation of processes.
• Ensuring adherence to agile frameworks like Scrum and KANBAN and agile values.
• Assisting in the removal of obstacles and impediments.
• Encouraging self-organization and accountability within the team.
• Conducting training and coaching on agile methods.
• Supporting the planning and execution of sprints.
• Ensuring transparent and effective communication within the team.
• Promoting communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing between the teams.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a

related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Proficient in scrum tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and coding practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to promote collaboration and team visibility.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence to navigate team dynamics.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
