Your Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing of web applications to ensure quality, functionality, usability and reliability.
• Identify, document and track bugs and issues in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product manager and other QA team members to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
• Participate in requirement refinements and provide feedback from testing perspective.
• Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test reports.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Your Profile

• Proven experience with 3+ years as a Manual QA Tester, Quality Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing processes, including Agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (ideally Azure DevOps, but others e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, TestRail are welcome as well)
• Excellent analytical, self-organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Team Player with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German and/or French is considered an asset.
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is considered an asset.
• SQL knowledge is considered an asset.
