Departamentul  Procurement Comp. & Battery RO cauta un Assistant Buyer Electronics & Metal

Responsabilități:

  • Pregătește și procesează cererile de oferte pentru materii prime/ materiale necesare producției;
  • Administrează și arhivează documentele specifice departamentului de achiziții (de ex. Oferte, clarificări interne, specificații);
  • Verifică ofertele de preț pentru conformitatea cu cerințele interne si introduce preturile finale in sistem;
  • Verifică și clarifică diferențele de preț facturate, atât intern cât și cu furnizorii;
  • Creează și completează matrici în vederea comparației de prețuri (PVM);
  • Contribuie la evaluarea costului ansamblurilor interne prin completarea de liste Excel cu prețurile din ofertele primite.

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate;
  • Experiența pe o pozitie similară reprezintă avantaj;
  • Cunostinte bune de operare PC (Excel, Outlook)/ Cunoștințe utilizare SAP – reprezintă avantaj;
  • Limba engleză-nivel avansat;
  • Abilități analitice (atenție la detalii), comunicare și dorința de învățare;
  • Flexibilitate si inițiativă personală.
