Your new role:
building and maintaining complex financial models, conducting detailed financial analyses, and supporting the evaluation and execution of strategic investment opportunities. Your work will directly contribute to the financial rigor and accuracy of investment assessments, due diligence processes, and overall portfolio evaluation..

Activities going to help you shine:

•    Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario and sensitivity analysis) to assess investment opportunities, acquisitions, and strategic projects.

•    Analyze financial statements, market trends, operational performance, and economic indicators of potential investment opportunities.

•    Support the financial due diligence process, including review of historical performance, working capital, capital expenditures, debt structure, and business assumptions.

•    Identifies opportunities aligned with investment goals and risk profiles.

•    Conduct valuation analysis using appropriate methodologies (e.g. comparable companies, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow).

•    Identify risks and value drivers, and assess their impact on the investment case.

•    Support the preparation of investment memos, internal presentations, and materials for top management.

•    Collaborates with investment team members to share insights and support the in-vestment process.

•    Stays up to date on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.;

•    Prepare and submit comprehensive periodic activity reports in alignment with established work procedures and organizational standards, ensuring accurate documentation of progress, challenges, outcomes, and adherence to project timelines.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.

•    Minimum 3-4 years of previous experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, M&A.

•    Solid experience with financial due diligence, investment appraisal, and valuation techniques

•    Previous experience in the energy sector or a related industry will be a plus.

•    Demonstrated expertise in core accounting principles and financial reporting according to IFRS.

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

•    Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and professional goals.

•    Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.

•    Strong commitment to ethical standards, organizational values, and professional integrity.

•    Foreign languages: English – advanced level.

•    PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- advanced level.
