We are looking for:

As a Release Manager, you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of software releases and deployment activities across multiple environments. You will act as a bridge between Development, QA, and platform support teams, ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality releases while mitigating risks and resolving issues.

What you will do:

  • Handles release scheduling and and communications to all stakeholders of deployment activities
  • Provides regular status updates to management on release progress
  • Coordinates release package acceptance, including QA sign offs
  • Works closely with pillar leads and defines a robust release process
  • Acts as a middleman between Development, QA and platform support team to facilitate resolution of deployment problems
  • Coordinates the release activities and acts as a change coordinator across testing and production environments.

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years in a similar release management or coordination role.
  • 5+ years of experience in software and service management.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
