What's exciting about the roleAs a Senior Technical Recruiter at Verifone, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our technical and commercial teams. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for roles including Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Android Engineers, Product Managers, Technical Support Specialists, and Sales professionals.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape the future of Verifone's talent landscape by bringing in top-tier professionals who drive innovation and excellence in global payment technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruitment for technical and commercial roles, including Software Engineering, QA, Android, Product Management, Technical Support, and Sales
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and define hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals
Source, attract, and engage diverse and high-quality candidates through multiple channels — including direct sourcing, referrals, professional networks, and social media
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a seamless recruitment journey
Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions, track performance metrics, and provide insights on market trends
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and workforce planning
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Represent Verifone's employer brand and values throughout all recruitment touchpoints
Partner with HR and People Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new hires
Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and employment laws throughout the recruitment process
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a global or high-growth technology organization
Proven success hiring for Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Android Engineers, Product Managers, Technical Support, and Sales roles
Strong understanding of technical skill sets, software development life cycles, and product management functions
Experience using ATS and HRIS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
Exceptional sourcing and networking abilities using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional communities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
High level of attention to detail, organization, and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
Fluent in English
