We are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and committed Fullstack Software Developer to join our Agile Scrum team in Bucharest. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying software features across the entire stack, from robust backend systems using Java to dynamic frontend interfaces with Angular. This is an opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to solutions that help make the world go round.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, implement, and unit test software modules and new features across the full stack (frontend UI, backend APIs, and database interactions)
  • Write clean, efficient, well-designed, and documented code
  • Collaborate within a Scrum team, participating in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews)
  • Implement efficient data models (both application BOM and database models)
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software and applications, identifying root causes of issues
  • Ensure the responsiveness and scalability of applications
  • Work closely with Product Management, Technical Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and DevOps engineers to ensure a seamless development and deployment lifecycle
  • Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions with the support of architects and team members
  • Consistently meet established deadlines and maintain timely reports on project status.

What you need to have:

  • Solid experience in
    Java
    and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot)
  • Proficiency in
    Angular
    for web frontend development
  • Strong knowledge of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB) and data modeling
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodology
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
